Venus Season POLICY
Venus Season handles relationship readings as sensitive self-reflection data. This policy explains what the product should collect, what it should avoid, and how report access and deletion requests should stay controlled.
Venus Season may collect the information needed to create and recover one Relationship Clarity Report: an email address, order identifiers, report access records, selected relationship situation, precision level, and generated report output.
When optional AI generation is enabled, it receives de-identified calculated positions, aspects, the selected situation, and relationship context. Names, email addresses, and raw birth dates are not included in the provider payload.
Raw birth dates, birth times, other-person details, and relationship question text are treated as sensitive inputs. These details should not be placed in analytics events, URL parameters, localStorage, sessionStorage, or application logs.
Early access email addresses are collected only to notify users when full reports open. They are not used to generate a report, are not stored with birth details or relationship questions, and can be deleted by emailing support@venusseason.app.
Order records and report access records may be stored so Venus Season can deliver a paid Relationship Clarity Report, recover access links, review duplicate charges, and answer support requests without exposing raw intake unnecessarily.
Stripe handles checkout and payment records when checkout is enabled. Venus Season support may use order or receipt identifiers to review delivery, refund, duplicate-payment, and access issues without asking for access tokens or private relationship text.
Product analytics should use only non-sensitive metadata, such as selected scene, question length bucket, whether optional details were present, and checkout intent. Analytics must not include raw birth data or relationship question text.
Deletion requests can be sent to support@venusseason.app with an order or receipt identifier. Venus Season may remove report output and access records while retaining transaction or audit records that are required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or support history.
Venus Season is for adult relationship readings. The intake flow requires users to be 18 or older, and other-person birth dates must also indicate adulthood when provided.
Privacy requests, report access issues, or purchase-record questions can be sent to support@venusseason.app. Do not include birth details, access tokens, or private relationship text in the first message.
